Microcenter has entered the home automation arean--AQiA!

Microcenter is now offering home automation devices with a pretty night discount right now.

They work with Alexa and Google home. Any chance we can get drivers for these? This would be awesome....and I'm hoping to stock up and wait.

It's wifi, so the chances of getting it integrated to HE are slim to none.

If it's Tuya-based, there's a slim chance the community-developed Tuya cloud driver may work, but I rate that a verrry long shot.

I certainly hope so, the prices are nice !

So, doing a little digging.... they also sell wifi cameras under the AQiA umbrella. The camera only has two reviews and a 1.5 out of 5 stars. One of the reviews in the camera says that setup leads to crowdin dot com (broke the hyperlink intentionally). According to Wikipedia,

"Crowdin is a proprietary, cloud-based localization technology and services company. It provides software as a service for commercial products, and it provides software free of charge for non-commercial open source projects, and educational projects."

So, unless it can be hacked like Tuya, it appears to be cloud based only which would be a no go for me.

Also, the total lack of any manuals or useful specs on the site make me very leary.
