MHCozy what am I doing wrong?

I have been using Hubitat for a while, but still not a lot of experience with it.

Recently, I just installed 2 new devices, a MHCozy single relay, and a Third Relaity smart plug.

Neither seem to have an on or off button (Some other buttons are missing too.)

Am I doing something wrong?

Please refer to the 3 screenshots below, I have included a screenshot of a device that is working as expected.

Thanks, Mark.

  1. Let's start by redacting your hub's MAC and UID.
  2. Looks like the Cozy is using the "Device" driver - need to change it to the appropriate driver type.

Thanks, thebearmay, for the privacy tip.

I will research what you said about the driver, as I said, I have little experience with Hubitat. Can you get me started as to where I might find various drivers?

Mark.

The easiest way is to click the down arrow next to Type:

This will give you a list of all installed drivers (user/community contributions are at the bottom). I'd probably start with a Generic Zigbee Switch.

I've been using an MHCozy relay to momentarily hit a garage door opener remote that I soldered leads onto. It identifies itself as " ZB-SW01 and the device driver I use is Generic Zigbee Outlet. Been working great for 3 years.
