OK, it is all clear now...
There is an ongoing contest - who will make more chatty and more spammy Zigbee devices.
Currently, the winner 
is Tuya with their extremely chatty CO2 'multi' -sensors and the infamious 5.8GHz radars, where they managed to send more then one unnecesery Zigbee message every single second!
However, SONOFF (eWeLink) are working very hard to make their Zigbee devices even more spammy!
