This is a comment about Matter support.

One of my sengled plugs just failed. I have one still working. All their bulbs also failed.

I went looking for a new plug and found a bunch that support matter. The Hubitat docs say you need a matter controller. Having just finished some web browsing I think the docs need to be expanded to mention that Linux (raspberry pi and computers) can be configured to act as a matter controller for $10 + shipping for a Nordic nRF52480 ble dongle. All of the controllers mentioned in the docs anr much more expensive and onky make sense to me I] if you are already invested in one ot those ecosystems.

Also, given that the Nordic chip is less than $5.47 in quantity, I think that it's about time for the hubitat to incorporate the chip in the hub or add a usb port so that the dongle version could be plugged in.

You can pick up a cheap amazon echo or google speaker to onboard matter. You simply generate a key for hubitat... Hubitat can onboard matter once the app has access to the bluetooth in your phone. Then you won't need alexa, google etc.. to onboard.
