Matter devices do not like router reboot

I have ASUS RT-AX88U Router with 2 AIMesh nodes. And I have 4 Matter devices (3 Meross MS600 mmWave sensors and one TAPO P135 plug-in dimmer). Whenever I have to reboot a router all these 4 Matter toys are failing to reconnect to HE. The WiFi connection to the router restored without problems for all devices. But in order to get them back on HE each one must be re-installed from the devece page by clicking on Initialize button. This behavior is pretty much consistent.
Is this something common with Matter devices or they do not like my ASUS router?

Other then this phenomenon with Matter devices my WiFi/Lan network is 100% solid.

Similar here for my LinkInd Matter bulb. HOWEVER, I could not get it to work from Amazon (the initial installation source) nor Hubitat. I powered off then on the bulb and it came back. Indication is MY issue may be the device -> Router connection and not Hubitat. (PS - I have two of these. One failed to reconnect, the other had zero problem.)

PS - my router configuration is the same as yours. I see some disconnects of LAN devices interfering with operations. I developed a ping test for my TP-Link devices and I get ten or so ping failures per day. They eventually connect - but something is going on. It is worst right after a reboot.
