I'm using a C7 hub on the latest updates. I provisioned the lights with Matter on Alexa, and followed instructions in habitat to add them there. The lights will work for about 24 hours, but then will stop responding to all commands in Hubitat. When this happens they still work in Alexa. In order to get them working again, I need to delete the device and add it back... then it repeats in a day or so failing.
What version of firmware are you on. Are you running the latest GA Firmware for hubitat.
Have you tried simply rebooting the hub to see if that kicks it?
What driver are you using to control them?
2.3.9.201 firmware on the C-7
A reboot does nothing. Once, the device stops responding, the only thing that brings it back is deleting it and going through the add new device procedure. I've tried config, initialize, refresh in the driver.
Driver is "Generic Matter RGB device"
I only need on/off control. It works when I first add it, and then does stops responding and won't work again after a day or so.
Have you removed power from the device for a min and then plugged it back in.
It doesn't seem to be a device problem... it's a hubitat/matter problem. The device continues to work perfectly controlled by Alexa that did the matter provisioning, even when the Hubitat commands stop working.
