Why is it that now it takes going through 5 screens just to get on my hub. I used to be able to click icon, sign in , choose hub and I was in. Now after that it redirects me to three or four other pages before I can get on.
Ready to start looking for another system I am so frustrated.
This is not just me is it?
You might need to describe a little more about:
- What HE platform version you are running
- How you are choosing to access your hub
- Any kind of security you may have setup on your HE hub
- What are you wanting to do when you login that makes the extra steps so frustrating
Personally I won't try to manage my hub through the phone app. Anytime I touch anything on the hub outside of a finished dashboard I use a PC...
Please describe in more detail the problem that you’re experiencing.

From the brief description you provided, I don’t understand what the actual problem is.
I don’t think anyone else does either.
Mostly I use a PC to connect to the hubs, I manage 6 hubs. 2 at home location a c7 pro and c5 (mesh)and the rest are remote and are c5's. almost all are running latest version. I have the same issue on multable PC's and android devices. I have no secuity set up other than the default username\password. although I do remember when setting up the mesh I clicked on create security key but never turned on security.
You still haven’t described in any detail what you mean by this:
For example, here’s how I login to my hub, which does have login security enabled.
- Browse to hub’s local IP address
- Enter username and password at security login prompt
- Browse to whatever hub UI pages I need to use
If I didn’t have login security enabled, it would be a two-step process instead.
We can’t understand if there’s a problem that can be fixed if you don’t explain what the problem is.
You might be referring to the remote admin service login? It’s hard to know without a more detailed explanation of what you’re experiencing.
