When I change a device I need to go to the maker app and have it recompute the bindings. I can do that in the browser but there doesn't seem to be a way to do so via the Android app. At least I haven't found it.
In the android app, have you gone to Tools -> Hub WebUI ? It's a local network only tool however, and looks the same as just using a browser on your phone. You would have to setup some sort of VPN to your home network if you wanted to access it remotely.
