Maker API Post URL keeps resetting (HE+HA+Node Red)

After some struggles getting Maker API to talk to Node Red inside of Home-Assistant, I'm noticing that every time HA is restarted the Maker API Post URL field gets reset with a seemingly random port #.

Is there a way to force this setting on the HE side to stay static? Or to prevent HA from updating it in any way? Maybe I'm missing the correct way to set this up altogether?

You know, I'd never noticed this, although that said my HA is being updated without issue.
