Please. The title says it but here are my detailed suggestions.

from the z-wave settings there is a z-wave logs page. have these logs generated and shown ONLY if a setting is enabled.

when the setting is enabled have ALL z-wave messages the hub sees or sends show in the logs. there is already the ability to clear and filter/show by device so no need to change that.
DO NOT store the logs to the database, this screen will only be useful/necessary when trying to diagnose or fix a problem.
- have the setting automatically turn off after a set period of time, suggest 1 hour, but maybe this would be useful to be configurable.
