I can’t seem to find the answer to this question but is there a way to control the physically wired switches? The Lutron integration works great with Pico but I don’t see how to set it up for any of the physically wired switches. Or do I have to control a Pico to control a physical switch?
Which model Lutron switch exactly? Caseta?
Generally speaking, yes the dimmers and switches work with Hubitat, they integrate exactly like the Pico do.
No you don't have to make a switch go through a Pico.
What are you doing to try and add your switches in Hubitat? Did you add them to the Hubitat integration with the correct code S for switch and D for dimmer?

If you have a Lutron Caseta PRO Hub (must be the Pro, not the standard hub sold at big box stores), Lutron Caseta switches (with or without Pico) work well with Hubitat. So well, in fact, that I've replaced most of my z-wave with Lutron Caseta, because it is much more reliable. I don't know that I'll ever buy another z-wave switch or dimmer, as long as we have Caseta.
