Lutron Pico remote (5 Btn) seems to be triggering random actions

Having the strangest issue with one of my Pico remotes. For some reason, this specific remote seems to activate button actions that aren't assigned to it in any way. The specific action which seems to be working oddly is holding the 3rd button (center).

The button controller is configured to do 3 things: 1) set color on a Hue Bloom (via hue bridge), 2) set level of the Hue bloom, and 3) turn off an overhead light (via in-wall Caseta Original Dimmer Switch).

However, when actually triggering the event on the device (hold button 3), it does all of the things above, plus turns on a different room light and gradually lowers the dimmer level. When releasing the hold button, the lowering stops.

A similar problem happens when pressing Button 1, but the actions are different. Same idea though, where it invokes a secondary action which isn't configured anywhere in HE.

Not sure what's going on here. I've checked HE and can't find any extra rules or configurations that may be conflicting/duplicating. I also already tried resetting the Pico remove, removing it from HE and Lutron, then adding it back. Didn't change anything. In fact, when I added it back with the same name, it has the same device ID in Lutron (different ID in HE).

Any ideas?

UPDATE: It's working now. I decided to remove the Pico from HE and my Lutron system and then re-add it with a DIFFERENT NAME in Lutron. I've added the new device in HE and it's now working correctly. So...guess it's fine now?

Try a new battery?, also are these fandom events in the pico device events?

Alexa user? If so, ensure its Hunches feature is disabled.

No Alexa.

It's working now. Just updated my original post for any future lookback from people. But, very odd. Didn't replace the battery. And yes, the phantom events were in the Pico device events. I meant to add screenshots but must have forgotten and I already deleted them.

What is the device that unexpectedly responds to the pico button hold?

Is it a Caseta dimmer? Or a non-Lutron smart dimmer/bulb that’s also connected to Hubitat?

The unexpected device is a diferent Lutron Caseta Dimmer Switch in the wall. So, basically this Pico was set up to trigger actions on 4 different devices based on different button presses. 2 separate in-wall Caseta dimmers, one Hue Bloom, and a custom zigbee light strip controller.

If the pico and the caseta dimmer are assigned to the same room in the Lutron mobile app (i.e. the actual Lutron mobile app, nothing to do with Hubitat), it’s possible that pushing the middle button on the Pico is causing the dimmer to respond.
