Lutron Integration

I am new to Hubitat. I have an existing Lutron Hub with quite a few devices on it.

I am trying to follow the instructions at Lutron_Integrator#Gathering_required_information

Everything goes fine until I get through step 3. I have set up the IP in DHCP, and Hubitat sees the hub.

At step 4 I only have "Connections." When I go into connections I only see the Google integration, not the Hubitat integration. I have tried several times. I have seen in other threads that it involved hitting "Done" and "Save" so I have made runs through where I was absolutely sure I made it. I am not seeing Telnet anywhere.

I foolishly did not keep a record of which device is associated with each number, and I can't get Lutron to give me the list. I wonder if they have dumbed-down the app. I have tried guessing blind and just assigned dimmer to devices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, but that does not seem to work (yes, I know the hub was 1, but I tried it anyway).

If I go to the Hubitat app I see the Lutron integration. Lutron telnet is listed as the first option. However the telnet does not seem to be working, I have tried hitting the initialize button. That increases the "Retry" count, but seems to do nothing else.

Is it the Lutron Caseta SmartBridge PRO ? If not, you'll need to upgrade it to the PRO version for it to work with Hubitat. The Pro version includes Telnet support. Hubitat does not support the non-Pro version as that would require a cloud connection.

You need the PRO version of the Lutron bridge. The box has the words PRO on it:

And PRO in the part number.

Does yours?
