A strange thing has happened to me. One of my Lutron dimmers is failing. A few days ago I turned on the dimmer and a few minutes later I noticed it was getting dimmer after 15 minutes it was off and looking at the switch it was on full brightness. I did all the usual trouble shooting nothing worked so I moved the switch to another location and the problem fallowed the switch. I notified Lutron a couple days ago I haven't heard back. Has any of you ever had a problem with Lutron devices? I have had 23 devices for three years and this is the only problem I've ever had which is great I'm not mad just kind of shocked.
Lutron customer support is generally very responsive. I’d be surprised if they don’t get back to you soon but if they don’t, probably worth pinging them again.

I reported it online I'll give it a couple day then call them. The switch is in a rarely used room now.

They contacted me today and are sending a new one.
