Close... here's the Lutron Spec for the "Caseta" version of it. One is the "5S" the other is the "5WS".... I'm thinking the 5S is not Caseta or RadioRA but specific to "the other" line of Maestro lineup without a controller???
We've seen the Amazon listing... what's the part number on the actual switch?

The PD-5S-DV is part of the TriPak family.
Model PD-5WS-DV is part of the Caséta Wireless family, and will work with the Smart Bridge and Lutron App. Model PD-5S-DV is part of the Energy TriPak family and will not work with the Smart Bridge or Lutron App.
Everything works fine now. As well as working with the app (it worked with the app immediately just like all other dimmers and picos I've previously added)
