Is there a difference between P-PKG1W-WH and the P-PKG1W-WH-R (with the -R)?

I am guessing the '-R' might be a RETAIL packaging designator? Maybe for the big box stores like Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowes?

Just a guess.
