Bells and whistles depend on the Lutron switch model.
There's no programmable double tap, regardless of which model, afaik (for Picos too).
Control of ramp rate and default level on can be done with RadioRA 2 dimmers, but I'm not sure about Caseta.

For Caseta? That sounds right. IIRC you can configure upper and lower dim limits from the dimmer itself too.

In my experience, Lutron doesn't care. But, like my Hubitats, the Lutron and Hue hubs and associated switches are on UPSs.
Where are you buying Radio RA switches and pro hubs? I cannot find on Amazon.
RadioRA devices - you'll have to go through a Lutron dealer/installer. Caseta Pro hubs can be purchased at many electrical supply houses. Here are a few links:

There's a way to get double-tap on Pico remotes, using the Lutron Pico driver (instead of Lutron Fast Pico). I think this was added in platform 2.3.x
Outside of that, @erktrek, had triple-tap working with Picos using a Node-RED flow.
Question - How have people found LED dimming on the non-ELV models that are leading edge dimming only?
Trailing edge dimming tends to work better with more LED bulbs types, but only the highest end ELV models support that in Caseta.

Thanks. I have so many things I'm testing right now for the new house, but the only caseta dimmers I have are the ELV models (as I have a few applications where I needed the higher LED wattage support of the ELV and wanted to test it).
I guess I should pick up a standard one next time I'm at Lowes or Home Depot and test that too.
I have a bunch of the normal Caseta dimmers throughout my house. The only issues I have had are:
- Since these are no-neutral devices, they need a certain minimum load to work properly. A single 60W Equivalent LED bulb cannot be reliably controlled via one of these dimmers without adding a Lutron MLC.
- Some LED bulbs emit a faint buzzing sound when dimmed using the normal Caseta dimmer. Finding bulbs that are always quiet can take a little trial and error.
Other than those two complaints, I really like my Caseta lighting system. It just always works - on time, every time. I have had zero failures since installing it back in late 2018/early 2019.

It’s more $$ and glad I did the large majority of my house Reno when they were $99 a piece but glad I installed the ELV dimmers throughout the house. Never had any issues. I’m at my 75 device limit between dimmers and switches and shades.
Make sure you get one with the Pico remote included. It's usually $5 more, but a Pico by itself is more like $20.
Yes. There are other kits like that which also include a Pico remote.
Yep. Beware of the kits that include the hub. Almost sure to be the non-pro version.
If using Hubitat, yes make sure you get a Pro hub.
HA can use the non-pro hubs just fine as they reverse engineered the LEAP protocol - so the non-pro hub isn't completely useless in all situations.
FWIW, I tried this with HA a while ago - dimmers and switches showed up But not Picos.
