I have my Lutron Caseta dimmers connected to a standard non-pro Lutron hub. What is the process for making the dimmers discoverable on my new Lutron Hub Pro?
Removing them from the Caseta bridge using Lutron's app will permit their addition to the Caseta Pro bridge, also using Lutron's app.
Edit - there's no reset procedure at the switch itself.
P.S. Welcome to Hubitat!!
Thank You! Should I be able to connect both hubs to my network / app at the same time? Disconnect one from the standard hub and then discover / add to the Pro hub?
It looks like I can add a 'home' to my account, disconnect each device and add it to the new home. Then when done delete the old home from my account. From there the devices should be discoverable at the Hubitat?
I am 99% certain you can have multiple bridges in the same app.
Lutron support is very helpful - I'd give them a call to confirm this.
It's been a long long time since I did a Caseta Std to Caseta Pro conversion but if I remember correctly. NO you CAN NOT have both bridges in the same App aka Same ACCOUNT. I had to remove my Std bridge and then Add the PRO bridge to do the device transfers... This was a long time ago so it may have changed.
That is how I remember it as well when I setup my pro bridge. However, I think this is relatively new?
I believe they made the change within about the last 6 months. About the same time they increased the Caseta device limit to 75 devices. I now have both my Caseta Pro hubs using one app - they appear as two different "homes" - I call the "homes" upstairs and downstairs. Prior to that change I had to log into the apps using two different e-mail addresses.
I don't know about having a Caseta hub and a Caseta Pro hub on the same app. I would ask Lutron about that before taking any risk of screwing things up.
Also, don’t forget to give your pro hub a static IP to ensure that there will not be issues using with Hubitat
My experience with Lutron support is similar to @aaiyar’s, i.e. they’re really great, so I’m sure they could confirm with certainty. But I can’t imagine why this would be a problem.
Thank you all. I have the pro connected to most of the devices. I removed each device, schedule and integration from the standard hub. Deleted the standard hub from the app. Then added the Pro Hub. Added each dimmer successfully. Thank you for your posts.
The integration to habitat though won't go 'see' the connected devices. I have named the integration and confirmed the local IP address both on my router and phone app. I suppose I should start a new chat for that though. Thank you for the rapid responses all! Great community.

Have you run the integration report (on the Lutron Caseta Pro app on your smartphone) and added the devices to the Lutron Integration app on the Hubitat?
Check in the Lutron app under advanced ——> integration that “telnet” is toggled on.
There is no automatic discovery of devices with the Caseta Pro integration (that I know of) you need to send/e-mail the integration report to yourself from the app. Then add each of your devices based on their ID and component number (used for keypads ie picos and occupancy sensors).
Removing each device from smarthings and then from the old lutron std hub made them discoverable on the new pro hub. From there the instructions and help from all were great. Thank you.
