Lutron App - Error Adding new Device - Device type 'null' in namespace 'hubitat' not found on line 144

I am trying to add a new device to the lutron driver and I get this error in the logs:

2022-05-16 09:40:47.738 am errorcom.hubitat.app.exception.UnknownDeviceTypeException: Device type 'null' in namespace 'hubitat' not found on line 144 (method updated)

I think the root of this was a type when I first tried to add the new device, as I added a line like this:

D,51,Kitchen Shelf Lights

Note the capital D - damn phone autocorrect!
I have since tried to remove that line, added the correct version:

d,51,Kitchen Shelf Lights

and have also tried to restart the hub, but the App seems to be stuck in this state and gets this error anytime I open it.

There is no device with ID 51 created at this stage in Hubitat., This does exist in my Lutron App and the device works fine there as well as physically.

Does anyone have any tips on how to recover the state of the Lutron App? I suspect it would work to remove and re-add it, but with 50 devices on this App that could lead to a lot of rework if I can not restore it and correctly reconnect the existing devices on this Hub.

For reference here is the complete App config data:

You could just restore a backed up version of the Hub's database, and then re-add the dimmer.

Here are instructions:

Could it still be the capital P for device 49?
