Went back to smarthings [But came back]

I got the hub on Friday and was excited to set it up immediately. It took over an hour to remove the devices from smarthings and add them to hubitat. I then created many of the automations I had working in smartthings using rule machine and all was ok-ish. Response times were definitely faster than with smartthings and being a tinkerer I was happy. But I soon ran into a couple problems that eventually sent me back to smartthings. Iris user overwhelmed

My rant... I was excited to go to local processing and more rules but the lack of support has got me frustrated. Some things pair easy, and others not . Ge z-wave switches wont pair, z-wave kwikset locks wont pair. Tried for 3 days! ge outdoor plug says not connected yet works. I ordered new inserts (zigbee) cards for the locks and paired right away. New to Hubitat? maybe. Hunting for a hub. Definitely leaving IRIS, as its about to implode I know more than I want to about Automation, from total DIY to a career at Honeywell at the campus level. As many of you know, Lowe’s has decided to shut down the Iris Smart Home Platform, effective March 31, 2019. Many devices used with Iris Platform are compatible with Hubitat Elevation. For example, second and third generation of Iris branded devices are compatible out of the box. These devices are identified by the part number in the form of: 3xxx-L for second generation and iLxx_x for third generation, where x is a numeric value.
