Due to the way my house is constructed, where metals beams are everywhere, I noticed the ZWave devices are not as good as the Zigbee devices.
Due to this, I enforced the 'device refresh' on a daily basis prior to checking its battery level using Rules App:
The thing is, after reading a couple of threads, it is best to use HSM > Custom monitoring rule; unfortunately, the alert never arrives on my phone, even after my Zigbee device is less than 30%.
Do you think I have configured HSM > Custom Monitoring incorrectly?
Another thing, will I be able to achieve similar to the rules app (refresh devices first, prior to reading its battery level)?
