Does anyone know if Lorex IP cameras are compatible with HE?

That depends what you mean. Hubitat isn’t an NVR and it has no security camera management or recording function.

Any IP camera that can be configured to stream mjpeg can be viewed on a Hubitat dashboard.

And if you use Windows, there’s a very useful integration with Blue Iris (which supports a ton of IP cameras) that allows for quite a few useful features.
