Looking for a recommendations on a zigbee siren.
I have trouble installing Z-Wave stuff. I have one of the Lowe's by Irish sirens and I'm having trouble installing. Also looking for a present sensor to detect when everyone has left and a a present sensor like a motion detector to detect when there is presence in the room so that way the vent stays open in the room.

Our resident Tuya Zigbee guru @kkossev wrote a great driver for it.
I'm looking for a present sensor something like a motion detector but not quite emotion detector.
I think they're called millimeter sensors.
If anybody could recommend one I'd appreciate it.

Don’t purchase eight mmWave sensors at once, go with one first, and if it meets your expectations and needs, buy and install more.
There are many different mmWave sensors, each having different pros and cons. You could start with the Linptech/Moes 24Ghz Presence Sensor ,
