Looking for recommendations on an energy monitor

The Sense unit draws next to nothing. Breakers do not last forever, so I would guess you are correct.

Well the moral of the story is I rent for my folks and my dad's not going to put it back in cuz he said it's gone too much breakage or too many amps

I'm still looking for 120 volt household power meter something like since home energy monitor. My dad / landlord is refusing to put my scent home energy monitor back in says that not enough in French to run it and he won't give me the box back either. Like I said before did the remodel it worked just

As I mentioned above, you can’t really measure your whole house energy usage with a 120V device.

There’s 240V in your circuit breaker panel.

Sense and devices like it measure both 120V legs.

As @marktheknife pointed out, what you're looking for is impossible. Your options are to either monitor power use at each outlet using energy-monitoring plugs, or to persuade your landlord to install the Sense meter (or something else like it).

Because what you're seeking (a whole house power monitor that plugs into a 120V outlet) cannot exist, I am closing this thread.
