Can someone share the Drivers Code for Hue Contact Sensor? I am able to detect it in the habitat but am not able to make it work.

This is typically a sign of an incomplete pairing. That sensor should work with the built-in Generic Zigbee Contact Sensor driver.
The Hue Secure Contact Sensor is a brand new device in the Hue ecosystem for which @mike.maxwell may probably need to add support in Hubitat.

I think this device will need a new dedicated HE system driver, it doesn't use the standard IAS clister for open/close events, but weirdly used the OnOff cluster and a Philips Hue-specific cluster 0xFC06
