Looking for device that outputs 0-10vdc (Qubino Flush Dimmer 0-10 ?)

HI, I'm looking for a zwave or zigbee device to output 0-10v signals (for valves and 0-10vdc inputs from a Johnson Controls building automation controller),

The only one that has a 0-10vdc output is the Qubino Flush Dimmer 0-10v (model ZMNHVD3)

I've looked in the supported device list and I see all the Qubino devices (great !!) EXEPT the Flush dimmer 0-10v. (there is a Flush Dimmer but without the 0-10vdc. ZMNHDD3)

Would it be hard to make a driver that works with the 0-10v variant ?

I am using the generic Zwave dimmer driver with mine. I use it for 12v leds.

So you have the Qubino ZMNHVD3 and it works fine with Hubitat ?

Yes and using a 12v power supply along with the generic Zwave dimmer driver.
