I have been trying to login and for whatever reason the system tells me that I am an unknown user. I would like to change some of the timing on my lights but can't since I can't logon. Any ideas??
Welcome, we probably need a few more details to help.
There are a couple possible logins you might be referring to.
For starters, are you using a PC web browser to try to access the hub? Mobile app?
You should have a Hubitat portal account that you created when you first registered your hub. That’s the same login that’s used for this Discourse forum, for example.
There’s also a local-only (i.e. local to your LAN where the hub is connected), hub security login. That is created manually by the user, and is optional.
