All logging zigbee , and standard logging seems to be broken in the..117 release. Device names are not being resolved. Zwave seems to be ok
Hover over the device ID and the tool tip shows the device name.
Enhancement.

Yeah. I don’t like it either, but with the addition of my mmwave sensor, events go by so fast that I can’t keep up with it anyway I suppose.

Speaking of logging, anyone have zigbee logging while on remote access. locally mine works but doesn't if I remote in.
I think the name showing on the regular logs is dependent on the app/driver. I always liked having the device name in there so all my drivers log the device name first then the log message. A lot of the system app/drivers do not do this. Maybe they are moving away from it in favor of the tool tip?
Couple of points though
- You cannot hover over something to get that tip on a touchscreen (mobile)
- The tool tip is not stripping html tags
