I have a rule that notifies me when a door is left open for 30 minutes. It has been working fine since I created it two months ago. Today it notified me the door was open for 30 minutes, even though that was not true.
I went to the log and it showed the door was left open for over 30 minutes. I went to the device event history, and it showed the door was not left open. In fact, the door was not left open.
Why would there be a difference in these two logs?
