What’s the trick to removing a user and it’s code from the lock code manager app?
I clicked the button to do so, and I see it as a pending job, but nothing seems to happen. The user and code remain and the job is pending.
Otherwise the lock is still responsive, and I get my pushover updates when the status changes, etc.
I’m assuming I did something wrong - any hints out there?
Actually, I just noticed in the logs that the code seems to have been removed, and checking on the lock itself, does appear so. But the app still has it and the user in it with the job pending (even after refresh). Ideas? Thanks.
Should be as simple as...
- Select the user
- Press the Delete this user and all codes button
Press the Next button
Hmm. That is what I did. But the user I deleted is still there with a Pending Jobs next to it.
Hmm, did you delete the code manually from the lock driver page? I wonder if LCM is stuck because it doesn't have anything to delete. Does a hub reboot resolve it?
That was my thought as well, that it seemed stuck. I didn’t remove the code directly. I can see in the log that it was removed, so the lock manager must have done it, but it seems stuck waiting for something. Rebooting the hub didn’t help, but was the first thing I thought of as well.
Perhaps @mike.maxwell would have a better suggestion, but you could just uninstall and reinstall, then get codes from the lock.
