I have a C8-Pro hub on which I just have a Schlage BE468/469 lock, a water sensor, 2 light switches, an outlet and a multisensor. I'm mainly using the hub to manage guest codes for the front door lock since this is a short-term rental, so I've been manually creating lock codes in the Lock Code Manager for each guest with access limited to their check-in and check-out dates. The Lock Code Manager will create the entry for each guest stating [Enable and Disable on dates] after their name, but as soon as the enable time is hit the Lock Code Manager deletes that lock code entirely. I then have to go in and manually create an always enabled code to give the guest access, which is less than ideal. I checked the log and there are no errors when I create the lock code and schedule, or when the enable time comes around and the code is deleted by the app.
Any ideas as to how I can fix this or what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
This issue has been discussed previously, I believe @mike.maxwell was involved, and I don't remember anyone posting that a fix had been released for it. Mike, do you remember that previous discussion?
It's a C-8 Pro hub on F/W 2.4.0.151. And yes, instead of enabling the code at the schedule start time, it deletes it entirely. The debug log is on for the door lock, but there are no logs at all either when creating the entry in lock code manager, or when it deletes the user code at the scheduled enable time. I'll post an image from my phone of a test code I set up.
LCM logging level is set in the App's options.
Note that it took me a little bit to get LCM to work like it should as I was not paying close enough attention the UI. I needed to hit the save icon after filling out a field. If not hitting done just drops what ever I did. Other apps like drivers work a little differently. If save is omitted done needs to be selected twice but the input is retained.
