Lock code manager, can't add certain user/code to additional lock

I have about 6 users/codes programmed into my front door lock through lock code manager. I recently bought an additional lock, installed it and got it paired with Hubitat.

I'm trying to add the same users/codes to the new lock. In lock code manager I go into each user and put a check mark beside the new lock. This works to add the user to my new lock for all but one user. It just keeps failing whereas every other user worked just fine.

Anyone experience this and know a fix?

What is the username and the slot number you are trying to add it to? Is this the same model lock?

Hey Ryan, my existing lock is a BE469, this new one is a BE469zp. The username is Jenny the Housecleaner and I've tried adding it in various slots from 3-6

Although it seems to try and add it to slot 3 most of the time.
