Links on Dashboard Stopped Working [1.1.3.114]

On my iPhone 7 running iOS 11.1.4 links on the dashboard no longer work.

I set up a simple link to google with no luck. I also use a JavaScript back link and it also stopped working.

This happened after the upgrade to 1.1.3.114.
