Can you try with [RELEASE] Tuya Zigbee Multi-Sensor 4 In 1 (PIR motion sensors and mmWave presence radars) ? Of course It does not support keyfobs, but I will see familiar debug logs... : )
Add the fingerprint the same way, and pair with debug logging on.
