Lights on when door unlocked, off when locked

I want my outdoor lights to turn on at night when I need to take the dog out. Using Room Lighting, I've got the lights triggered on when I unlock the door, but what method can I use to turn them off again when I come inside and re-lock the door?

I'm doing that in simple rules. In my case, unlocking the basement door turns the basement lights on. I have it set to only fire if the light is already off. I don't want it turning lights back off if they were already on. (That's what the disable line at the bottom does)

Since lock unlocks is an activation option then lock locks should be a deactivation option. @bravenel

+1. OP asked about Room Lighting. It is an option in means to turn on but not in the means to turn off.

Yeah, like I said I've never used that option in RL so hadn't seen that. No idea why locking only there as a means to activate.
