A few times in the last couple of days my lights haven’t turned off using SAR. The rules are set to turn off when motion stops and I have checked in the event that the motion sensor has gone to inactive.
Have you checked in the logs to see if the rule has triggered and tried to turn the lights off.
Past logs may show something depending on what logging you have active.
I'm assuming it does work sometimes from what you have posted.
I read recently someone with similar on motion lighting app, it didn't try turning off as it hadn't clocked it switching on, enable logging thats how they found it
