Lights not staying off when all switches off

Some other system has access to them to command them. Something is commanding them; if not Hubitat, then something else. We've seen this before where Alexa, SmartThings, other automation systems, etc, command devices through whatever mechanism. All that shows in Hubitat is that they are being commanded.

Basic testing is called for. Remove one from Maker API. Control it from its device page. Does it come back on after being turned off? If so, that would pretty well confirm the command isn't coming from Hubitat, but something else. If not, then it would point the finger at whatever Maker API is connected to.

Ok. I will do some testing.
I will remove all bulbs from MakerAPI.
One thing to note: the lights only come back on (all of them) if they are ALL turned off.
I can set it up so that track is off, and pendants are on, and that works great.
BUT, when I then turn the pendants off, ALL lights come back on.

It was the dimmer.
I previously had a Lutron Dimmer controlling the track.
Once I replaced the dimmer with a simple on/off switch, lights are now staying off when I tell them to.
Will do more testing, re-introduce MakerAPI, Set up RL groups.
