Here is the logs. The lights didn't go on and the hub was working. What doe it mean?

What type of automation or manual command did you do that you thought would turn the lights on? Some more information on what was supposed to turn them on would be helpful.

It is Simple Lighting. I had to manually do each light but the did turn off at appropriate times.
