I figured out why Installed Maker in the first place. Back when I had an iPhone I played around with a mobile app called The Home Remote for a little while. It uses Maker API to connect to Hubitat. Since I don't use that anymore, it should be safe to delete Maker API from Hubitat. Still don't see how it's possible the API would be turning on these two lights, and only these two lights, on its own. I'm waiting until the next auto reboot and auto backup to make sure that isn't the issue, since the timing of the events is so close. (Of course it's incredibly strange that the problem has happened on days that were not scheduled for a reboot or backup. So who knows.)

True, but in that case it's even stranger that after I changed the reboot and backup times from 2 and 2:15 am to 2 and 2:15 pm, the problem started happening and only happened in the middle of the afternoon instead of only the middle of the night!
