I have a rule currently that turns on the dining room light to 30% on motion and when the power usage by the coffee maker.

What I would like to do is rather than turn the light on to a set percentage I'd like to turn the dining room light on to match the kitchen light. So if the kitchen light is on at 100% then the Dining Light comes on at 100%. What's the best way to do this on the latest firmware?

One way In RM would be to capture the dimming level of your kitchen light in a local variable and then set the dining room light to that value.
