You have helped me before, and now is a new issue
I have a group of lights which I would like to start low, triggered by an illuminence sensor.
They should all change both light intensity and color, mening going from 10 percent of light to 40, and also change color from 4500 to 3500.
I have tried several options and apps, but not really had the luck.

If you're talking about doing this over a period of time (many seconds), you can do this with Room Lighting or Rule Machine. Both have transitions for lights.
It will be for a period of maybe 2 hours.

As far as I know, room lightning will not take both color and brightness, but please correct me if I am wrong

Pete the "Hub Whisperer" has a video on something similar. It's a wake-up light routine. You could make a less-complex routine that simply has longer transitions.
I copied the code from the video and adapted it to suit my preferences.
