This has nothing to with the Hub or does it but was wondering if anyone is having any issues with Life360 being slow lately.
I get notifications from the Life360 app when someone leaves the house, arrives at the house, arrives at school, leaves school, arrives at work and leaves work.
Today my wife was home for 5 mins before I got a notification she has left work. She was already home. Of course the Hub did not see her home yet either.
Anyone seeing this issue within the last week or so?
My son just came home. Life360 says he is home but the hub doesn't see him here.
I have received messages periodically this week from Life360 saying they are performing maintenance and the app may operate slowly (and it has periodically).
Well that's good news I guess. My my wife took the kids to school this morning and it did say that they were both gone, but when she got back it did not report her being back at home I instantly got in the truck and went to work and noticed in habitat dashboard then my house went into lockdown even though she was home. About five minutes later it said she was home. Hopefully this gets fixed soon
It's been going on for a couple of weeks now. I've been getting messages too, but not for maintenance, but saying "It's not you, it's us. We're experiencing issues".
Sometimes you need to go in to the hub and go to the life 360 refresh device and click refresh. They put it in there in case there is a sync issue. Give that a try. Even if it is them. Sometimes that kickstarts things.
One in the same. Maybe try in the ide just in case something is up. (You know, when you click on something on your computer and it doesn't respond as quickly as you'd like so you click it like 10 more times with little or no patience. The result is 10 open windows of the same thing.)
