LG TV Integration

I was seeking to integrate my LG TV and found a number of threads on the subject. When I downloaded the device code (V2.5) referenced in one of them and imported it into Hubitat I got this error, the other came in ok. It looks as if there is missing data as line 23 is before the actual code.

Ok. I have added a parameter to the driver to allow selecting the reconnection delay... Please use it carefully... I have tested it with a 5 second reconnect delay and it does not seem to adversely affect the operation of HE... BUT I do not have a lot of stuff happening with my HE yet... Your results may be different. The new version is v0.2.5

Obviously a number of people got this to work and I wondered as a complete newbie if I was doing anything wrong.

Did you install BOTH application and driver?

Apologies it was it clear in my post but the error occurred when I tried to import and save the second device driver.

I’ve had better luck with integrating directly to HomeKit and letting apple manage my TV. I control my TV on and off with my HomePod minis.
