Leviton VRPA1 Z-Wave device is being detected as a Generic Z-Wave CentralScene Dimmer

I'm not sure what group to post this in.

I have a few of these and when I exclude them and then include they are all detected as a Generic Z-Wave CentralScene Dimmer. It won't turn or off with that setting. If I change it to a Generic Z-Wave outlet it works.

@gquiring Post the devices fingerprint and tag @bcopeland , he can add it to the database for next time.
