So my wife got home after being out with her girlfriends, and I told her that I bought another printer and was able to save over $500.. and she grudgingly admitted that was a good deal and let me live for another day.

Thanks for confirming, appreciate it. The silk-screen version looks nicer, but the plate works perfectly so I'm not going to complain. 
Man, I can't even find room for my one 3D printer, and you're adding what, a fifth special-purpose printer!? Looks very cool, and the rapid-prototyping should be a fun experience.
This is why I should not have married a finance director. Mine just does not take the bait on that kind of creative accounting. I get audited, and there are penalties. (Mostly involving increased honey-do's.)

Did I see someone turning off their printer when the print is done?
If so how do you monitor the print progress?
Power monitoring was one way mentioned...sort of like the way many of us monitor laundry status, though I don't think most of us actually turn off our washer or dryer. 
I was thinking about this but haven't had time. The down-side of mistiming would be significant if it ruins a print near the end... 
That would certainly work.
Another reason to figure out octoprint…

Just like our divemaster said on our first wall dive (>100'):

I slapped a Tuya vibration monitor on the printer frame and have it TTS the den Sonos when a print is finished unless the Quiet Time virtual switch is on. Works.

Using a power monitoring outlet is one way to do it. You do need to ensure your printer has about 5 mins to cool down its hot end tho, or you’ll risk damaging it.
If you run Klipper, there’s a direct integration for Hubitat which works very well.
