Just bought 2 Zigbee MR16 LED Bulbs from Amazon and I'm trying to pair them with the hub.

Any tips? cause so far I'm not succeeding in paring them to the hub
Did you try resetting them?
On 3 sec. Off 3 sec. repeat 5 times.
tried it now. No effect
The bulbs are installed in a workroom that is 4 meters from the hub. Maybe it's a range issue?
Not too far to be an issue.
Did the bulbs confirm the reset?
Actually no. As I understand it after the reset has been set the bulbs should flash rapidly. this hasnt happens so far
On every cycle the flash goes warm white-cold white-warm white and then stays at warm
After the reset they blink once.
Remember to leave them on after the five cycles. Also remember the slow cycling of five seconds.
So it's 5 seconds or 3 seconds between every cycle? 
Anyway, I tried them both and no effect
Checking Ledvance docs I see they say:
To reset a SMART+ Zigbee Light Link lamp to factory setting, switch it ON for five seconds then OFF for five seconds five times in succession. Then switch on again and wait until the lamp flashes once briefly as confirmation.
In this other video, they do it in rapid succession.
In my case, I remember that only doing it slowly worked.

I've used the timer on my phone to get the timing exactly right. The devices that require on/off power cycling can be a real pain to reset sometimes.

How much did time you gave it?
I don't have this exact device but I have several other Sylvania's and they all reset the same and it is sometimes a real PIA. I'll have to look in my notebook when I get home late tonight.
I tried 1-3-5 seconds. nothing works. I get no extra flash after I do the combo setup
Bad device?
Maybe. I'll try to see if I can find some way to contact Sylvania and see if they could help me with the setup.
I can't think of anything else. When I have reset my devices I see them flash like they are supposed to. Fortunately, I haven't had to reset them in close to a year now.
I just reset an RGBW recessed sylvania, and was 5 fast on/off cycles

I had some that wouldn’t reset by flipping the switch. I had to screw them in, wait 5 seconds, unscrew until the contact disconnected, repeat 5 or 6 or seven times. More difficult with an MR-16 I imagine.
