How do I leave beta mode and load the last stable version on my C8
Go to the diagnostics tool.
Download latest version
Then use restore previous button to install it.

This request to Bobby will remove your hub from the beta group so you won't get notifications on your hub of new beta releases/won't be able to install them, and also won't have access to the Beta topics.
Or you can do below if you just want to change back to a non-beta release, but want the keep ability to download/use beta releases, and contribute feedback in the Beta topics.
