Labels DL to Nexia NX1000 button controller

Been some time since I've used my Nexia NX1000 button controller.

I have installed it on my C7 (platform 2.3.6.146) and right off the bat it added the label for button 1 to the NX1000 screen. The problem is, as I label more buttons I can't figure how to DL the labels to the NX1000. Driver is Nexia NX1000 One Tough Controller.

I have used Save Device, Save Preferences, and no luck.

I had one of these. Make sure the device is awake when you Save Preferences. Took me a minute to find this out.

Well it appears that this device cannot work well with my C7 configured as above.

My C5 allows join, update labels with "configure" button and so I will leave it on the C5 and link devices from the C7 to C5.

FWIW, I had an NX1000 on a C7 and the labels were fine. A bit quirky with the wakeup noted above required, but it did get the labels. I no longer have it in production, but IIRC, I had to wake it up with a button then immediately hit Configure.

Hey Folks, I'm guessing this Nexia device will not fit in a 4 gang box, ie: it has to be alone in a single box?

Hey John, need to polish my GoogleFoo, a quick search and I thought it looked like a wallplate. So if I'm seeing things correctly we can have 15 labelled buttons in a handheld controller?
If so I need to buy one right now...

Yep, 15 buttons (3 pages, 5 buttons each). I have had mine for a couple years but it never caught on with the wife. If you want mine you can have it for $40 + 5 shipping to any USA state.
