Those look like Z-Wave instructions... maybe this manual?
Says press the "A" on the lock 4 times for pairing.. I think I had to do something like this on my 912 with the Zigbee module, can't remember though..
The ones I posted came with my Zigbee 3.0 lock.

Ah okay - My user manual was more specifically for Z-Wave even though I ordered it with the Zigbee module. Yours looks like a combo - the QR code scanning step threw me a bit BUT it looks like the procedure is the same i.e. press "A" four times..
Zigbee 3.0 has qr codes to add devices.
