Konnected Pro to Hubitat to Homekit - alarm not passing through

Environment:
Hubitat C8 running firmware 2.4.3.171
Konnected Alarm Panel Pro running firmware ESPHome 2025.11.2
Homekit running on Apple TV

Question:
Has anyone using ESPHome firmware been able to share their Konnected alarm panel with Homekit Bridge and have it show in Apple Home as an alarm? Meaning, shows the different arm states of home, away, disarm, etc. Not just sensors or virtual buttons to toggle in/out of one specific state like "arm".

Details:
I'd been aware for awhile that the connection between my Konnected panel and Apple Home wasn't working right. The alarm had disappeared and sensors had stopped working, but the panel still communicated with Hubitat correctly. After having the time to do some troubleshooting and research, I decided to just upgrade from the legacy firmware to ESPHome as part of the process since that's now recommended. Deletion of the old sensors and panel, as well as re-discovery in Hubitat of the panel after updates was fine, and I'm running the latest version of the Konnected app/driver package, downloaded via HPM. Sensors all discovered as well, and are confirmed to generate event logs in Hubitat.

Where the setup breaks down is with the virtual alarm panel itself. The parent alarm panel device in Hubitat is shared with Homekit bridge and is set to device type "Konnected Alarm Panel", but if I look at the list of devices being sent to Homekit, it doesn't show up at all. The child sensors and switches do, and they also show in Apple Home as expected.
